Spotted a pair of Vespa 400's on a trailer in Denver yesterday. Never saw anything like them before. They were in ROUGH shape but were outside a shop, so i would imagine someone has plans for them.

I have a friend who has a 400. It’s so cool and has the smoothest shifting gearbox I’ve ever experienced, no lie. They were built in France because Piaggio had a deal with Fiat that they would never manufacture a car in Italy. That loophole pissed off Fiat and the Italian gov’t, so they didn’t make them very long.

I never showed you these? I SHARE EVERYTHING WITH YOU! I’m sure I’ve told about my visit of Torino with the princess, not sure which pictures I all published? Didn’t I grant you access to my dropbox folder with pictures of Torino?

You did, but somehow I forgot about the Vespa. It’s in there. I guess I was so blown away by the Turbina, everything else became a blur. I must get to that museum, too, one day.

It’s a great place. Northern Italy ain’t that far. Try Beaulieu and Brooklands as well!

Nice drive to Northern Italy, too. I haven’t been there since we went to Cortina.
